The following are reported costs for commonly-used infertility procedures and drugs (diagnostic and therapeutic). Data was obtained from responses to Jennifer Fisher's survey on the bulletin boards of Moms Online on AOL from 1996 to 1998.
This list is simply a grassroots guide to the general costs incurred by actual patients before insurance coverage comes into play.
If you want to add your own infertility costs to the list, you can contact Jennifer . (In most cases, costs are listed according to the state that the contributors incurred them in.)
